Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday or Holidays will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day. All shipments will be shipped by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
If we do not have an item in stock, the order will be drop shipped directly by DWG International™ from Bloomington, Indiana via United Parcel Service.
(Canadian orders add 9% of Order Total (Minimum $13.50) plus 5% GST)
Once your order has been processed, we will send an order update via email with updated shipping information, including the tracking number for your shipment.
At the present time, we only ship to US & Canadian customers only.
Please note:
Alaska and Hawaii Orders take approximately 3 to 5 business days from the date shipped.
Canadian Orders will be drop shipped from DWG International™ and are shipped via Purolator. Delivery is typically 10 – 15 business days.
Return and Exchange Policy
We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with all of the DRI WASH n’ GUARD Products. If you are not happy, we will gladly make an exchange or refund on any products purchased through us with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Contact us for product return and refund instructions. Please note that shipping is not refundable.
